30 Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason
Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. Customers need to contact the carrier to return the products by themselves, and proactively inform the customer support team about the return tracking number. After the warehouse receives the returned package, the customer support team will issue the refund immediately.

What does this warranty cover?
If a product or accessory is defective during the warranty period, TORRAS will replace it with an identical or similar product or accessory for free after customers provide the proof (purchase invoice, pictures, or videos) to the support team. Products or accessories replaced under this warranty will become the property of TORRAS and will not be returned to you. If a product or accessory needs to be replaced after the warranty period has expired, we do not provide that service. If you sell or otherwise transfer the product, warranty coverage will end.

What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
Improper use or installation
Cosmetic damage
Damage due to acts of nature. For example: lightning strikes, tornadoes, and similar
Accidents
Misuse
Negligence
Commercial use
Modifications to any part of the product, including the antenna
Connection to an incorrect voltage supply
Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility

TORRAS will service and not replace:
Products sold as is or with all faults declared
Consumables, such as fuses or batteries
Products where the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed
Repair replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy. TORRAS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to: lost data, loss of use of your product, lost business or lost profits. TORRAS products make no other express warranties with respect to the product, all express and implied warranties for the product include but are not limited to: any implied warranties of and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the warranty period. Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state or province to province.
